We assist in designing the future organisation

It is my belief that the 20s will forever change our lives, our society, and our focus. We will witness a new ‘ism.’ A new life paradigm. After the 20s, not much will remain as it is now.

At Promentum, we believe that the successful companies of the future are regenerative, and that each organisation contributes more than it takes – to individual employees, to society, and to the world.

Promentum is leading in Denmark in terms of regenerative sustainable business development. And we help our clients design the organisations and businesses of the future.

Promentum’s guiding principles for 2024 are:

  • To become an epicenter for knowledge about sustainable and regenerative business and organisational development.
  • To raise awareness of regenerative organizations.
  • To create (work and) life quality for as many as possible – through the establishment of sustainable talent environments, work with mental health in organizations, implementation of liberating organizations and regenerative business development with our clients.
  • To explore new cross-sector organizational forms and contribute to increased knowledge about co-creation across NGOs, private and public organizations in connection with the work to realize the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
  • To contribute concretely to realizing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals through participation in various SDG projects.
