If your horse is dead, get off it!

If what you’re doing isn’t working, then you should try something else. But how do you identify what isn’t working? How do you avoid your own vanity? How do you explore and decide what to do next?

Taking a pragmatic approach is my field. I always start from the current situation and the effective, seeking pathways from there.

And there are plenty of pathways to explore. Pathways where you encounter questions such as ‘How do I make decisions? How do I turn doubt into my ally? How do I convert friction and conflicts into well-being and utility?’

I work with facilitation, professional dialogues, and complexity and conflicts – all in a broad sense.

What I can assist with:

  • Process facilitation
  • Momentary facilitation
  • Seminars leadership
  • Leadership and employee advice
  • Teaching and consulting on professional dialogues
  • Doubt laboratories
  • Conflict management
