My passion lies with people in workflows – high as low. I am dedicated to unblocking flow stoppers, transferring skills to project managers, building trust within leadership teams and taking on the heavy lifting as a project manager, whether the commitment lasts months or years. All of this is aimed at achieving the right results.

After a 12-year break from the consulting industry, I have returned, now much wiser. I have learned how much process and relationships can both hinder and enhance results. I have discovered that a purely rational focus on methods and results is rarely sufficient, because emotions and power dynamics play a significant role in daily work—especially in change processes, which are often the rule rather than the exception.

My ambition is to translate 12 years of top-level management experience into value for corporate leadership teams. I seek to create strong mandates around critical decisions and ensure ownership so that changes are realised. Many consultants claim to do this, but I have actually been there, doing it for 12 years.

When you’re inside a company, consultants are both loved and hated. So, my dream is to demonstrate that a regenerative perspective on daily processes and relationships is a powerful approach when a company seeks long-term success—without the hot consultantair.

About Claus

Claus is an experienced consultant with a background in political science and an extensive career in both the public and private sectors. He was previously a partner at Implement Consulting Group, where he worked on complex change processes. In 2008, Claus co-founded Promentum, but later chose to pursue his own path as an IT entrepreneur and operations director in the refrigeration industry. For the past seven years, Claus has served as an internal management consultant in the Police. And now, he came ”home” again.
