Thinking better for a better work life

I work with how 2,500 years of wisdom can help us achieve better lives in organisations and as individuals, as well as how we shape the society we live in. My slogan as a consultant and educator revolves around helping leaders and people, in general, think better to live better. My approach is based on the belief that people are always better than their culture.

I focus heavily on life and meaning, which is reflected in my work to help leaders and people, in general, find the places, activities, actions and conversations where things make sense, and where we are present in the most life-giving way.

When I work with changes, I always do so with the understanding that every intention must be rooted in a continuation. This means finding the places where life and meaning are already present and starting to do more of what is life-giving and meaningful.

How I can help:

  • Supporting organisational transformations to ensure they make sense and are full of life.
  • Coaching individuals, leaders and groups.
  • Conflict resolution among employees.
  • Transforming organisations in a regenerative direction through consulting and training of leaders and employee groups.
  • Teaching and advising on project management and the project society.
