About Promentum
Promentum is the Nordic region's leading consultancy in regenerative leadership and organizational development.
In close collaboration with internationally recognized thought leaders, Promentum is a professional epicenter in the development of future leaders and the regenerative liberating organizations of the future.
We believe that the organizations of the future are regenerative and liberating.
The organizations of the future are designed according to the principles of nature and manage to free up employees and create flow in professionalism, production and task solving. They are living organisms that release and create an excess of vitality, can handle the current complexity of knowledge and create meaning and well-being.
It is Promentum’s mission to contribute professionally and be a co-creator of this transformation.
At Promentum, we try to lead the way ourselves – every day. We therefore work purposefully to be a regenerative and liberating organisation. This can be seen in our everyday life, where we have been working with the implementation of liberating management for the last 10-15 years.
And this can be seen in our organisation, which is based on four basic regenerative principles:
The above principles, together with our mission to contribute as much as possible to the regenerative transformation of other organizations and a fundamental desire to connect Promentum with people, with knowledge, with competitors, with customers, with society and with the world, means that Promentum as a living organism, cannot be drawn into a traditional organizational chart.
Promentum's molecular model currently consists of of the following elements and compounds:
