ReGen: lab
Designing the liberating and regenerative organisation of the future

Designing the liberating and regenerative organisation of the future
ReGen:lab is a 10-month value-creating organisational development program for organisations and companies that wish to develop future leadership and organisational practices by liberating the organisation’s potential and creating the most favorable conditions for life to thrive and evolve.
The program helps you develop awareness, structures and processes that contribute to achieving results through a liberating and regenerative organisational culture.
In the program, you will meet other organisations and companies that, like you, are deeply committed to shaping and securing the future of their organisation. Promentum guides you through the entire program and as pioneers in Denmark, we contribute to your development through our extensive practical, consultative and theoretical experience.

ReGen: lab's Purpose
Organisational development and value creation
Primary objective: To develop contemporary and future-proof organisations and everyday practices with a focus on liberating and regenerative principles, thereby ensuring strong value creation for each participating company.
Research production
Secondary objective: To document the organisations’ efforts in investigating, testing and evaluating your initiatives and actions. This is done in collaboration with Promentum’s own research environment as well as Danish and international partner universities.
Benefits
You achieve organisational and outcome-focused value creation through specific initiatives and projects within your own organisation, grounded in a liberating and regenerative approach.
Impact of the program
The expertise within your organization will become more liberated, enabling you to better manage the increasing complexity of knowledge that challenge many companies.
Your organisation will be life-giving and foster well-being in each employee’s (work) life and over time, you will observe a reduction in stress and dissatisfaction among your staff.
Employee job satisfaction will measurably increase.
You will become an attractive workplace, making it easier to attract and recruit new employees.
Your organisation will become more learning-oriented, innovative and development-focused.
Leadership roles will evolve. Your leadership focus will shift from technical expertise to a greater emphasis on strategic and personal leadership.
The organisation will experience a new sense of cohesion—both internally and externally in relation to the world.
