Implementation education
Create lasting impact as an implementation leader

Many organisations excel at delivering development projects with high-quality outcomes. The challenge is to realise and integrate changes and strategies into daily operations so that they create a lasting impact.
In Promentum’s implementation education program, you will gain knowledge, tools and methods to achieve results and generate enthusiasm within the organisation in the short term, as well as to embed changes within the structure and culture for the long term. You will be trained as an implementation leader, enabling you to plan, lead and execute changes that create enduring effects.
