Elevate your leadership – learn to combine theory and practice to strengthen your leadership identity, enhance collaboration and navigate daily management effectively.
In this program, you will work purposefully to increase awareness and presence in your daily leadership. You will focus on the most important themes that is relevant to you as a leader, allowing you to develop and refine your leadership role.
Through exercises and relationship-building activities, you will gain insight into your reaction patterns and collaboration abilities, thereby strengthening your leadership identity and self-confidence in your role as a leader.
By combining theory, practical knowledge and specific exercises, you will learn to create psychological safety, be clearer in your leadership and minimise conflicts in day-to-day management.
The program provides you with relevant theories and key concepts to support your reflection process and leadership role. You will also receive practical tools that you will train with and learn to apply in real-world situations.
Throughout the program, you will engage with a wide range of topics including: communication training, group and team leadership, conflict management, change management, self-leadership, liberating and regenerative leadership, as well as dilemmas and issues related to leadership.

Who can participate
The program is designed for those who wish to enhance their attention, presence and ability to maintain focus and direction in busy and stressful leadership situations.
Academic themes of the program
Conversation training
You will work with developmental conversations (coaching), motivational conversations, difficult conversations and meeting facilitation. The focus in conversation training is on engaging at eye level and seeing the whole person.
Group and team leadership
The focus is on practicing the ability to facilitate positive development for your group or team, emphasising psychological safety and the ability to motivate.
Conflict management
You will be trained to understand the fundamental dynamics of conflicts and how, by working on yourself as a leader, you can handle them in the best possible way. We train the ability to empathise and see different perspectives.
Change management
You will work with change management and learn how, as a leader, you can best support your employees through the many change processes that are prevalent in today’s work environment. We focus on turning your employees’ uncertainty and doubt into creativity and development.
Leading inward
Your leadership role and position are in focus, working on key themes such as: attention, presence, authority, legitimacy, authenticity, integrity, leadership identity, leadership style, values, mindset and an open and inclusive attitude.

Leading upward
In the program, you will refine your ability to interact with your leader and handle the strategic decisions that come from above.
Leading outward
This involves:
- The ability to motivate and create trust and psychological safety
- Training the ability to include, recognise and foster a sense of responsibility
- Training relational work, co-creation and connectedness
- Increasing creativity, courage and optimism
Dilemmas and challenges in leadership
The course addresses both the internal and external dilemmas and challenges that arise in your role as a leader.
Theory and knowledge
Insights into recognised theory and knowledge in leadership, team leadership, conflict management and change management. Additionally, an introduction to emotional leadership, anxiety and mood regulation, the social nervous system, connectedness and co-creation. As a consistent implementation tool, we work with ‘the Inner Development Goals’ (IDGs)
Tools and methods
You will gain tools to help you manage the many facets of leadership that you encounter in your daily work. You will learn to lead yourself and your employees and you will practice handling conversations, conflicts, dilemmas and leading change.
The teaching consists of presentations, one-on-one conversations and group discussions. In addition, each module includes collaboration and co-creation exercises that align with the teaching themes.
The program involves substantial training and reflection, both in workshops and in your daily leadership practice. This ensures that what you learn during the program can be transferred to your daily work in leadership, which remains the primary focus.
During the program, you will participate in a networking group that meets between workshop days. This is a forum where you, along with other leaders, can discuss the challenges and successes you experience. For each meeting, you will receive an assignment related to the themes you are working on in the program.
Course structure
In the first module, we focus on the relationship with oneself; improving the understanding and control of your own reaction patterns, thereby becoming better at engaging yourself without crossing your own or others’ boundaries.
In the second module, we focus on relationships, collaboration, co-creation, social skills, empathy and the ability to motivate.
In the third module, we focus on the company and the world around it. We consider how to act systemically and regeneratively in interaction with the environment. Here, we work with concepts such as liberating leadership, adaptation and mutual connectedness from a sustainable holistic approach.
