Press release

Promentum, the leading regenerative consulting firm in the Nordic region is now establishing a presence in West Zealand. Based in Kalundborg municipality, they will offer training, project management and consulting services to businesses and organisations in the local area.

“We are excited to bring our expertise closer to the West Zealand businesses and assist them in navigating complex projects” says Mikkel Storgaard, director at Promentum. “With our new recruitment in Kalundborg, the local anchorage is in place and we look forward to contributing to both economic and human growth in the region.

Promentum’s first initiative in the area is a highly sought-after project management training program aimed at subcontractors. Companies in West Zealand are already engaged in major projects, including the establishment of Novo Nordisk’s new production facilities, but many face challenges in their project management. To ensure success in these projects, Promentum offers a practical approach to project management that helps address the unforeseen challenges that often arise.

“We have trained thousands of project managers over the past 20 years and our practical hands-on method makes a significant difference” says Claus Ingemann, senior consultant and representative for Promentum’s local presence in Kalundborg. “Our exercises are directly transferable to participants’ own projects, allowing them to see results immediately.”

Promentum also places significant emphasis on the human dimension of project work. The first generation of project management has taught us to execute projects efficiently, but it has become clear that economic success and employee well-being must go hand in hand to achieve sustainable success.

“Therefore, it is crucial that we do not exhaust our employees, but instead ensure that they thrive in their work” emphasises Claus Ingemann. “As a native of West Jutland, I understand the importance of combining the regenerative with a down-to-earth approach, so it does not become overly idealistic,” he concludes with a smile.

Practical Information

The training will be conducted at the Myrehøj Conference centre in Eskebjerg, strategically located between Kalundborg, Slagelse and Holbæk. The facilities and local atmosphere are excellent, providing an optimal environment for inspiring and effective learning.
