Welcome to ‘The Sound of Promentum’s’ new podcast series: ‘The Regenerative Organisation’. This podcast series is based on Klaus Bakdal’s forthcoming book of the same name, which will be released in the spring.
In each episode, Klaus Bakdal will explore one of the key concepts from the book related to the regenerative organisation.
Klaus will discuss the difference between generating, which means creating, and regenerating, which means restoring, and how these concepts are connected to life.
He will also explore the various perspectives on the term “regenerative” and share his own interpretation of what “regenerative” means. In this context, he will talk about his thoughts on the connection between nature and the regenerative – what is original nature, really? And does nature even have an opposite?
For Klaus, nature is life. And he believes that life forms the basis for the regenerative organisation 🌱
“Are we creating the best possible conditions for life, in a relatively broad sense, with the way we organize our work?”
In this context, Klaus will discuss whether there are fixed logics, budgets, values, etc., within the organisation that constrain and inhibit life. He will also explain how he believes the regenerative organisation differs from the traditional organisation.
So, if you’re curious to learn more about what the regenerative organisation is and what it can do, this podcast is just for you!
