Circular Economy

Society demands transformation. As businesses, we must reevaluate how we operate and produce our products, and this is where the circular economy will play a central role. I am particularly focused on developing business models based on circular economy principles. This work involves optimizing products to reduce the overall footprint of the company. This can include product optimisation, but also working with service agreements or establishing meaningful partnerships with companies that benefit both parties.

B Corp

In addition to the circular economy, I am dedicated to B Corp- certification.

B Corp is a business certification that helps define the framework for the companies of the future. B Corp-certified businesses commit to working holistically concerning the company’s impact on society, the environment and its employees.

The concept of Greenwashing is becoming increasingly prevalent and B Corp serves as a tool that companies can use to prove they are not just talking about sustainability, but are genuinely taking action. For companies to achieve B Corp certification, the documentation must be in order – and I ensure this at Promentum.

About Magnus

As a consultant and design engineer in sustainability, Magnus contributes his expertise in the circular economy and tools such as life cycle assessment, which can help companies improve aspects of their sustainability efforts. Additionally, Magnus has worked with Promentum’s B Corp- certification and possesses the skills to assist companies in navigating the B Corp- certification process.

Magnus holds a bachelor’s degree in sustainable design from Aalborg University and will begin his Master’s in Sustainable Transition at Roskilde University in September.
