I am passionate about philosophy and psychology and I am particularly interested in applying these fields to leadership development, dialogical practice, and organisational environments and change processes. I have many years of consulting experience integrating philosophical and psychological ideas, theories, methods, and models with business contexts, needs, and challenges through teaching, lectures, workshops, seminars, process facilitation, etc. I love to write, which has resulted in 46 book publications. I also spend considerable time producing electronic music, leading to 23 albums. I am married and have three grown sons.
How I Can Help:
My primary task is to ground ‘the regenerative’ and associated themes, concepts, and practices in research horizons and philosophical traditions to bring new and fruitful perspectives. I also work “on the floor” both in-house and, for example, through lectures, seminars, courses and training educations. Additionally, I contribute to Promentum’s regenerative transformation tasks.
