Storytelling and leadership
For me, storytelling represents humanity’s greatest technological advancement. It may sound peculiar, but narratives are what bind people and organisations together. Storytelling creates new sustainable futures, spurring actions and innovative developments. Storytelling unites people and brings them closer to their goals. In challenging times, storytelling can be the force that heals and unites people across cultures and political disagreements. Storytelling fosters empathy, meaning and freedom. Our awareness of storytelling helps us prevent stress and navigate high-complexity situations.
