Our typical recruitment process proceeds as follows:
- Agreement establishment
- Interview with one or more representatives from your organisation to clarify job profile, culture, etc.
- Development and approval of job postings
- Advertisement
- Activation of networks and outreach work
- Initial dialogues over the phone – first selection round (typically 3-5 candidates selected)
- Personality testing – FQ15+
- Interviews with candidates
Subsequently, the client conducts an internal interview round and potentially hires one or more of
the candidates – we also offer to participate in these interviews if desired by the clients.
Submission of candidate shortlist and a candidate report (usually 1-3 candidates)
